Passports & Insurance
Visas and Passports

Please note that, according to the U.S. State Department, you should renew your passport approximately nine months before it expires. Some countries require that your passport be valid at least six months beyond the dates of your journey. Some destinations require a tourist visa valid for your dates of travel. To obtain your Visas, we recommend G3, a passport and visa agency, who will complete the visa application process for you. G3 can also coordinate U.S. passport services with your visa process. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing trip insurance. Trip insurance can protect you should it become necessary to cancel your trip or return home early due to medical reasons. There are many different types of travel insurance available in the marketplace, each designed to meet the specific needs of a broad array of travelers. Of course, you are free to purchase travel insurance from a carrier of your choice, and we encourage you to explore which types of policy offerings best fit your needs.

We offer a comprehensive travel insurance policy through USI Travel Insurance Services that may suit your needs. As a convenience, please review the policy information here or download the PDF here . USI Travel Insurance Services offers three plan options: Basic, Plus and Elite. Please read the description of the insurance policies carefully to understand the coverage, terms, conditions and exclusions. We recommend you buy your insurance early as some benefits are available only if you buy your plan within 14-21 days of your Fully Applied Deposit Date with Arrangements Abroad.
