On an exciting 10-night cruise through the Eastern Mediterranean, see the legendary home of the Minotaur, a Bronze Age excavation site, a sunken Lycian city, and a 15,000-seat Roman theater.

Begin on the Greek island of Crete with visits to the sites of ancient Knossos, the Palace of King Minos, and Palaikastro, an important trading port dating from the Bronze Age.

Cross the Eastern Mediterranean to Bodrum, Turkey, to explore the Castle of St. Peter, a showpiece of medieval military architecture that displays treasures from ancient shipwrecks. View the antiquities in the beautiful seaside town of Kas and the medieval castle at Simena. Discover a sunken Lycian city by glass-bottomed boat and on Cyprus, admire the impressive Roman ruins at Kourion and Paphos. See the 39-tower Crusader castle in Anamur, Turkey, and conclude in Antalya with visits to the classical sites of Aspendos and Perge.

An optional postlude is offered in Istanbul. Or remain aboard Clipper Odyssey and cruise to Alexandria for an optional postlude in Cairo.
